Horror Portraits on the Night
I’m pleased to announce that I will be in attendance offering my horror portrait services and this will be a wonderful opportunity for you to have your portrait taken wearing your fancy dress outfit. Check out the A2 poster print Melanie from the North West received when she dressed up as a Burlesque Vampire. Other photographs featuring Melanie can be seen by clicking here.
The cost to sit for a horror portrait is £20 payable on the evening and you must be prepared to sign a model release form and provide me with relevant contact details in order to show you the finished result. Next you will have the option of ordering either a poster print or a cameo necklace to showcase the finished portrait at an additional cost of £35: -
Poster Print (16"x20" approximate size due to printer used)
These poster prints can be made into horror posters with text, or just plain with your portrait. For examples click here.
Cameo Necklace
If you don’t like white, you can choose different coloured beads or have the antique silver coloured photo pendant on a genuine waxed leather cord. All metals used in the necklace are lead and nickel free!
I would love to offer these products there and then on the night, but unfortunately this isn’t possible. You will however be viewing your finished portrait within 1 week and you will be kept informed of the progress of your order fully. Depending on the amount of takers on the evening, depends on how long you might have to wait for your finished product, but I don’t envision you to be waiting longer than 28 days maximum.
If you’re interested in the offer and have any questions, please get in touch by clicking here.
Saturday 14th April Manchester MancMonCon
On the Saturday I will be having a trade stall at the Manchester Monster Convention, again at Sachas Hotel, which is a two day event with talks, debates and lots more exhibition stalls. It will be all things monsters and horror with displays from artists, writers and designers. If you’re a horror fan, you need to be there. Tickets for the full weekend and access to all talks are £10 and more information can be found by clicking here. I will be selling some of my photography pendants along with other pieces of handmade jewellery, so be sure to come along and say hi and take advantage of not paying any postal costs.

Hidden Demons and Horror Portrait Photography
What will your soul say about you?
Below is a small collection of some of my favourite horror portraits of some people who dared to pose for me and my lens. One of them is a self portrait and I’m often asked if my subjects wear any type of makeup. The answer is no!
I allow the camera to reveal their inner demon and if you don’t have the soul of a vampire, witch, zombie or even a werewolf, your crazy or evil side will be revealed.

To take a successful horror portrait, the subject must be relaxed and be willing to get into the spirit of things.

Most of all, they must be willing to have a crazy time…

Or why not play hard to get?

Uncle Terry was my first ever model and yes he’s my crazy uncle who I love dearly. His crazy pose inspired me to start taking horror portraits and the rest speaks for itself.

Once I’d finished with Uncle Terry’s soul, I claimed my nephews below. I remember taking one of his mother and it was that shocking that it’s forbidden to ever be shown. My sister cannot look at it, as it freaks her out and I respect her wishes.

There’s lots more to be seen within my horror portraits gallery that can be viewed by clicking here > Horror Portrait Gallery
Honestly, I can swear that none of the models above were harmed in any way during their monstrous session and I do offer this as a service. The portrait can then be presented in a large poster like the ones above (you choose the text) or in a horror cameo pendant. For more information, please click here to read about my Horror Portrait Service or look out for me at horror events in the future, but remember, you must be willing to play the game or else…….
