Amanda Norman Photography Gallery

galleryfeatures

As you are more than likely aware by now, I’ve upgraded my gallery in order to better showcase my Gothic and horror photography, and so far I’ve had a very positive response that it has done just that.

It is a slideshow gallery that auto starts along with some wonderful and dark music from the very talented Tony Longworth.  If you don’t like music playing in the background, simply click on the speaker button bottom right and click on stop.

With this photography gallery, we have some new features like the ability to send E-cards and you can also rate and mark individual images as favourites.  The numbers 1 –6 below correspond with the numbers on the image above.

1.    View Gallery – Click on the ‘View Gallery’ to see the different galleries.  You have a choice of the following: -

  • Dark Photography – The world through my eyes
  • Gardens of Death – Graveyard and cemetery photography
  • Macabre Morti – A collection of photographs of statues, angels and other things you would find in a graveyard or cemetery
  • Horror Portraits – A collection of my favourite horror portraits

2.   Rate This Image – Click on the star icon to vote for your image.

3.    Full Screen toggle mode

4.    Send as E-Card and or Share This – With the E-card option, you can send your favourite image to a friend via email.  With the ‘Share this’ you can share the photograph on Facebook, Twitter and other places.

5.    Favourites – Mark your favourite images so you can find them easily

6.    Add/View Cart – Buy your favourite image as a print.

Meet Sheila!!

I rescued her from a skip in work and she’s lived with me ever since and she simply loves to wear my jewellery.

There is a dark side to Sheila and well, you’re going to see a lot more of her as I’m going to be doing a series of different shots.

Luke has also taken some photographs of the mannequin (click here for more…)and it’s interesting to see how different our perception is.   Check out Luke’s image below.

Gothic Horror Photo Pendants

gothic-horror-photo-pendants

I’ve finally managed to merge my Gothic horror photography with my jewellery making to create these unique photo pendants.  Click here to view the full range!

If you like witches, vampires and spooky cemetery images with a touch of Victorian elegance, these Gothic horror pendants are for you.  They are sold with or without a leather thong necklace, but if you wanted them making into earrings or put on a beaded necklace or bracelet, simply contact me for a different price.  Perhaps you’re wanting to see a different image used from my gallery?  If so, just get in touch and let me know.

I thought it was so easy making these at first, but when I returned to them a couple of hours later, I noticed lots of bubbles under the glass.  Perseverance has paid off though as I’ve finally worked out how not to get bubbles under the glass.

Gothic Photography of St Luke’s Church, Liverpool

I’ve added an old feel to this collection of Gothic photography featuring images of St Luke’s Church in Liverpool.

Sadly, this magnificent church was bombed in WWII and only the shell remains as a reminder to all.  If you visit Liverpool in the future, this church is a must see.
