Purchase of Store Products
When you place an order on amandanorman.com we shall email you an acknowledgement. The order isn’t accepted until time of dispatch at which time payment will be taken.
An order maybe rejected if payment cannot be authorised, your details are incomplete or identification of an error within the product description or price is identified. Please also note that we will not ship to PO Boxes.
We reserve the right to refuse an order, but if there are any problems with your order we shall contact you.
If for any reason you find that your jewellery or print is faulty within 30 days of purchase, please contact Amanda Norman to return your item for an exchange or refund of the original purchase price. Include your order ID and order date along with information on the fault.
Items should be returned by recorded delivery to the address below. Once we have received your item you will be refunded.
None Faulty Goods
You may return any items received after delivery within seven working days via recorded delivery to the address below. Once we have received your item you will be refunded.
The customer is responsible for the cost of returning items unless the items are faulty.
Cancellation of an order MUST be made prior to delivery. Please use the contact form to cancel your order as soon as you can. There is no charge to cancel an order and the full amount will be refunded via Paypal.
Store Delivery Information
Amanda Norman will make every effort to have your order with you as soon as is possible. Items are posted to Canada, USA, mainland Europe and the UK.
Every effort is made to post items that are in stock within two days of receiving payment. In regards to prints, Amanda doesn’t not have them in stock. These will be ordered and every effort is made to post prints within 7 days of receiving payment.
Deliveries within the UK are sent first class.
Deliveries Outside of the UK
Deliveries can take 5 to 7 days to arrive and will be tracked and signed for so in the unfortunate event that there was loss or damage to the parcel, a refund can be made if required. This of course increases the cost of delivery, but should you want to risk an economy method of delivery, please contact me. To date (26/12/15), Amanda has had no problems with delivery to other countries.
Please note, deliveries made to countries overseas may be subject to customs charges in their country of destination. It is the responsibility of the customer to pay any such import duty/tax or charge.
