GOD DAMN IT and NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!

I’ve just read on BloodyDisgusting.com that Robert Downey Jr is a strong contender for playing Lestat if and when Universal Pictures begin work on Anne Rice’s, Vampire Chronicles.

I remember having similar thoughts when it was announced that Tom Cruise would play Lestat in ‘Interview with the Vampire’, but I had to eat my words as Tom Cruise was amazing!

Personally, due to being such a massive fan of True Blood, I would drool in anticipation of Eric Northman (Alexander Skarsgård) playing Lestat.

This guy is hot, sexy and so totally masculine.

Many a woman would go weak at their knees to see him become the new Lestat, after all, he has been voted Sweden’s most sexiest man 5 times.

In True Blood, he plays a sheriff vampire who runs a nightclub and he is not one to cross.
